About the Event
Suppressed anger, when exerted in a safe and structured way, helps you access the healing power of presence and somatic release. In this workshop, one of our Veteran Alumni Instructor Heather Tarolli will guide you in the release of this anger through the creation of beautiful artwork. All community members are welcome to participate in this class. Feel free to bring your own food and drink while you enjoy social time and release your current stress and anger. In this one-hour class, you will:
- Create your own Rage Painting on a 16” x 20” canvas in our paint studio
- Interact with miniature horses in our event room
Proceeds from this class go towards funding our retreats, helping us keep our services at no-cost to veterans.
